Telehealth sessions – we can meet online using Zoom (video calls).

We can come to you – if you're in the Lake Macquarie or Newcastle area, we can visit you at home or another location (extra cost applies).

Speech therapy when and how you need it:

At the start, we’ll spend some time getting to know you. Together, we’ll figure out what you want to work on — both now and in the future.

We’ll make a plan together, so you always know what we’re working on and why. Every small step will connect to your bigger goals.

We’ll check in regularly to see how things are going, and we’ll change things if something isn’t working for you.

You’re in charge of the pace. Sometimes therapy might be regular sessions for a while, other times you might want a short burst of support, or we can go slowly and steadily. We’ll adjust based on what you need at each stage of life.

Unspoken SELF is where we begin with you. Whether you’re seeking clarity, support, or a space to grow, this offering centres around your individual needs, preferences, and goals. It includes comprehensive assessment and ongoing therapy tailored to your communication style, identity, and lived experience.

While this work is focused on you, support people are always welcome — and often essential. We’ll invite others in when it feels right, but this space remains rooted in your autonomy, consent, and direction.

Therapy that centres connection — because no one communicates in isolation.

Unspoken US is designed for people whose communication is interwoven with the relationships around them. This offering works from a social model of support — where family members, friends, support workers, or communication partners are involved from the beginning.

Here, therapy is collaborative. We’ll work together to explore not just what’s said, but how it’s received, supported, and sustained across real-life contexts.
