We are able to provide services to you if you have a plan managed or self manage your Capacity Building Improved Daily Living budget.
We are unable to see NDIA managed participants at this time.

Previously known as the Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC).

People with chronic conditions and complex needs may be eligible for up to 5 Medicare rebated sessions for Allied Health services each year under the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan.

Please talk to you GP to find out if you are eligible for fee-subsidised sessions. Please note that full payment is required at the time of your appointment. You will then take your invoice to Medicare for reimbursement.

If you have Private Health Insurance, you may be able to claim a rebate for Speech Pathology services through your Extras cover. We recommend checking with your fund to confirm your level of cover.
